DESCRIPTION
PASBOND (MULLITE) is a
high purity Mullite bond. It is a ready mix and highly reactive Mullite bond
suitable for direct bonded Mullite refractories. PASBOND (MULLITE) do not
form low melting glass on firing and thus optimises the refractory
properties of the bonded aggregate. It requires low moisture and give good
working time. Rejection during firing due to blow holes and warpage reduces.
Fired shapes manufactured using PASBOND (MULLITE) results in high RUL, high
spalling resistance, high creep resistance and high hot MOR.
PACKING
Our standard packing is
25kg. However suitable packing of exact quantity as per customer's batch
requirement can be made.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
The normal addition of
bond is 12% to 15%. Add Mullite Bond to Refractory fines. Then mix
approximately for 5 minutes and add 50% of water. Add coarse grains and
balance water and mix for 5 minutes.

DESCRIPTION
Low iron, high PCE,
high sintering, high plasticity aluminous clay is available in microfine
powder form. This material is suitable clay to manufacture high alumina
refractory. Rejection during high temperature firing due to blow holes and
warpage will reduce drastically and proves its growth.
PACKING
Our standard packing is
25kg. However suitable packing of exact quantity as per customer's batch
requirement can be made.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
The normal addition of
bond is upto 12%.Add PASBOND (CLAY) to refractory fines. Then mix
approximately for 5 minutes and add 50% of water. Add coarse grains and
balance water mix for 5 minutes.

DESCIPTION
With PASBOND (LC),
manufacturing of Low Cement Castables has become as easy as manufacturing
conventional castables. One has to mix 15% of PASBOND (LC) with 85% of the
Refractory grains as per the application of the final product. The best part
of PASBOND (LC) is that one does not require a sophisticated high intensive
mixture machine to manufacture L.C.C of his choice.
PACKING
Our standard packing is
5kg. 10kg and 25kg. However suitable packing of exact quantity as per
customer's batch requirement can be made.
