APPLICATION
Mulltization of Kainite, Silliminite or Andalusite in high Alumina bricks releases free silica at high temperature. This Silica react with added micronised calcined alumina to form secondary mullite and improves refractory properties of high alumina shapes and Monolithics. It can be added in High Alumina and Bauxite bricks to improve spalling resistance and other high temperature properties.
PACKING
Our standard packing is 25kg and 50 kg. However suitable packing of exact quantity as per customer's batch requirement can be made.

LOSOLOX is a processed high purity "Aluminium Oxide" to manufacture Technical Ceramics. Traditional Ceramics is a product of natural Alumina silicate clay. They are shaped, dried, and fired at appropriate temperatures having limited field of applications. Aluminium Oxide Ceramics are manufactured in large quantity in the shape of electronic substrates, spark, plugs, grinding media, ceramic cutting tools, etc. It has also applications in refractory industries. It is added in low cement castables for improvement of refractory properties. It improves flowability for electro ceramics applications, such as, spark plug, substrates as low soda alumina is the choice by present alumina ceramic components producers. Low soda Alumina give uniform structure, resistant to cracking, higher fired density, higher  dielectric strength and lower

cermonic components. Lower Soda content in Losolox gives maximum wear resistance. Low Soda Alumina with controlled grain size gives lower sintering temperature, wider sinter interval, than conventional higher soda containing alumina. It is highly abrasive and has application as abrasive and polishing agent.
